NC Group Volunteer Application

Typically a follow up interview with a ministry leader will be the next step.
This ministry is a little more specialized. The following are preferential for all NC Group volunteers:

Small Group Leaders
- NC Members only - 6 months + attendance
- Have previously lead a small group
- Have previously/regularly participated in a healthy small group
- Willing and able to do some training
- High emotional/social intelligence
- Ability to communicate intergenerationally is a plus

Discussion leaders/Big Group/Class teachers
- NC Members only - 6 months + attendance
- Willing and able to do some training
- High emotional/social intelligence
- Reasonably qualified to teach the topic or lead the discussion
- Ability to communicate intergenerationally is a plus
